“They’re two completely different things. And we’re still - the county is not in on this bill. I mean, we have no idea what it’s ultimately going to cost so it’s hard to make the comparison other than it’s having a tremendous impact in both cases on the economic future of the region. That’s why we’ve got to be very careful and very focused on finding solutions immediately that work for the people, for the environment, and for the oil and gas industry.”
