Kathy Dahlkemper started off her career by running a thriving organization for eleven years with her husband. Because of this, creating the economic conditions necessary for local small business growth is high on her priority list. Dahlkemper also served as Director for the Lake Erie Arboretum at Frontier Park for ten years.
