
Tom Udall was a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s criminal division. He served as chief counsel to the New Mexico Department of Health and Education, and was elected New Mexico’s Attorney General in 1990. Udall was elected to the House of Representatives in 1998 and he championed renewable energy and expanding preventative healthcare. Udall was born in Tuscon, Arizona, and attended Prescott College in Arizona for undergraduate studies and received his Bachelor of Laws Degree from Cambridge University in 1975.
