I have been running across information about the Glass-Steagall Act frequently since the fiscal meltdown created by the greedheads on Wall Street and some in Congress. What is the matter with our still Bush-mesmerized Congress? When are those eggheads going to get their heads on straight?

What are the boundries of the proposed Marine Preserve? We have seen maps showing it will cover only the waters of the 3 most northern CNMI islands. But we fear it will extend farther south and interfer with fishing rights?

My daughter is 22 attending Georgetown. Is a resident in Shelby County TN. She received a ltr from the election commission stating she was ineligible to vote due to the fact persons are required to vote 'in person' once before voting by absentee ballot. She did vote 4 years ago. Is this a true law or rule? What is her recourse at this point?

Discrimination of any type has never been accepted by the federal government. Why is it okay then to discriminate against citizens who smoke by not allowing them to pursue their freedom of choice anymore - anywhere? Why has it become so one-sided without exception?
